Happy to give you some insights on the opening Keynote of Meeting C++ 2020!

The description of his keynote:

When you hear polymorphism you may think virtual functions, but this is just one speck of dust in the polymorphism universe.

This talk will take you to compile time, link time and even macro time polymorphism, through single and multiple dispatch, through polymorphism on one object, on one function or on many functions at the same time, and much more.

You will come out with a global view of polymorphism in C++ and with concrete techniques that you can use in your code.

Jonathan Boccara

Reads to me like all you need to know about polymorphism in C++! Very excited for this opening of Meeting C++ 2020, Jonathan Boccara has a great perspective on C++, visible in his blog. Though his perspective includes dealing with legacy code, he even wrote a book about working with it: The Legacy Code Programmer's Toolbox.
