Over the last weeks I've reworked the sponsorship packages that Meeting C++ offeres for its yearly conference.

Together with June Alle from Code Sponsored a new offering has been developed that does create a win-win situation for the conference and its sponsors. We are now in the phase to contact old and new sponsors, and within the next weeks will announce the first sponsorships. June is taking care of all sponsoring for this years conference.

If you are interested in sponsoring Meeting C++ 2025, send a message to sponsoring@meetingcpp.com.

This year things change for sponsors that are sponsoring Meeting C++ 2025: unlike in the previous years, Meeting C++ will share the data of those attendees that have given their opt-in to this (due to GDPR I can't and won't just give your data to folks). This is one of the questions that is now asked during the registration. Due to this data sharing also this years sponsoring reflects more the market rate for such sponsorings at international conferences, than it did in the past.

More booths and other plans

We plan to host a dinner on Friday or Thursday, which is going to be sponsored by the headline sponsor, followed by an evening program (Talk/Panel) in the main hall. The other evening will feature very likely the quiz and a general reception with food in the break area with booths.

A job fair is also planned for Wednesday and Thursday. More updates on this later.
